About me

I am an experienced counsellor, psychodynamic psychotherapist and a psychoanalytic psychotherapist. I work in a private practice in Earls Court, SW5 & Barnes, SW13. I offer clients a secure, confidential and open space in which we can think together about the difficulties you might be experiencing with a view to bringing some inner peace and creating a stronger sense of self moving forward. Whatever the problem may be I am here to help.

Do you worry about talking to your friends and or family and are looking for someone who can give you a safe, containing, objective and non-judgmental place to talk?

Are you feeling lost, depressed or frustrated? Are you finding life a struggle at the moment and can’t seem to find an answer to why. Have you lost interest in the people around you or are you simply feeling a little dejected and can’t work out why. This could be that you are suffering from a bout of depression, or stuck in a negative way of thinking, or simply unable to see your way forward.

I work from a Psychodynamic and Psychoanalytic perspective. Often, problems in the present may be related to experiences earlier in our lives. Understanding this can help you clarify your feelings and decide the best way forward. My training allows me to work with clients on a deeper level which in turn can mean we meet more than once a week and up to three times a week.

To arrange an initial consultation or to discuss any questions or concerns you may have, please contact me by telephone on 07909 842484 or by email at contactme@sarahhazelltherapy.org . All enquiries are strictly confidential.
