About me
I have been qualified as a physiotherapist for the last 9 years and I began my career as a rotational physiotherapist at Basildon Hospital.
Following this I decided to specialise in outpatient physiotherapy and I started working in Gravesend as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist. Here I gained much knowledge and skills in managing patients with various musculoskeletal problems.
I have also extended my specialism to Women's and Men's Health Physiotherapy. Here I specialise in the pelvic floor, pregnancy related pain, bladder and bowel problems, specifically urinary and faecal incontinence, prolapses and gynaecological pelvic pain. I also work with patients who suffer with constipation and pain during intercourse. I also work with ladies after birth if they have rectus abdominis diastasis (abdominal wall separation) pain or help getting them back to exercise and their fucntional level.
I still work full-time in the NHS but I also work in my own private clinic in Borough Green in Kent, treating a mixture of Women's and Men's health problems and Musculoskeletal problems.
