About me

An animated and experienced therapist offering short term and long term work to individuals; from school age children to adults.

My previous working background has been predominantly in mental health and school counselling, having worked across a variety of settings including secondary schools, day treatment centres for outpatients with mental health needs, and complementary clinics.
I currently split my week between offering short term solution focussed work with TalkPLUS and running a private practice from home.

I am passionate about improving relationships between people and finding, then enhancing, the inner resources that we all have to fulfill our lives more completely.
