About me

An animated and experienced therapist, with over 20 years practicing as a psychotherapist, offering short term and long-term work to individuals; from school age children through to adults.

My previous working background has been in mental health and school counselling, having worked across a variety of settings including secondary schools, the IAPT scheme for the NHS, day treatment centres for outpatients with mental health needs, and complementary clinics.

I am passionate about improving relationships between people and finding, then enhancing, the inner resources that we all have to fulfill our lives more completely.
