About us

Over 20 years of experience in professional football, elite performance and private practice has gone into developing our multi-faceted, pro-active, manual treatment approach.

Our treatment approach was developed during our time in professional football (when we were the medical team at Birmingham City FC); when we encountered challenges with a player's treatment or rehabilitation we would seek out the foremost experts and bring them in to help manage that case. In doing this we were able to meet experts from numerous healthcare backgrounds and learn the best aspects of the various assessment, treatment and rehabilitation approaches they utilised.

At Achieve Physiotherapy our treatment philosophy incorporates aspects of soft tissue massage and manipulation, myofascial release, osteopathic joint manipulation, podiatry, biomechanical assessment / gait analysis, strength & conditioning, sports injury specific rehabilitation and injection therapy.
