I have a broad experience in the field of mental
health working with individuals, couples and groups.
I also have experience in NHS Primary Care,
rehabilitation and forensic environments. I have been involved in training and education and currently work in private practice where I offer support for various issues in a warm non- judgemental atmosphere.I am also a qualified Mindfulness Teacher and Practitioner.
