About me

I qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2004, when I joined a Child and Adolescent mental health team, working with young people and their families within the NHS. I joined a Systemic Family Therapy team to further build on my skills and experience. Alongside this, I have also developed my private practice working with people of all ages with a wide range of presenting concerns. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a fundamental aspect in treatment and I take a warm and non judgemental approach with clients, while working towards meeting each individual's goals.

Areas of interest

I treat clients with a wide range of mental health conditions including: depression; anxiety; bereavement; self harm and suicidal thoughts; health concerns; stress; behaviour problems in children such as anger, toileting or sleep issues,
