About me

I am a qualified Counselling Psychologist who is registered with the British Psychological Society (BPS) as well as with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC). I have worked both within the UK and in South Africa.

I work within an Integrative Model, drawing upon various models and techniques which best suit each clients' individual needs, thereby individualising treatment to what works best for a client and their presenting issues.

I offer a full counselling service seeing both children and adults in a warm and non-judgmental space, seeing clients both short and long term depending on their needs.

Individualised therapy is offered in the following areas: scholastic, ADHD, divorced parents and step-families, adjustment problems, grief/bereavement, anxiety, depression, trauma/crisis intervention and general wellbeing. Assessments offered are cognitive assessments adult and children or adolescents as well as career choice assessments.
