About me
I am an experienced clinical psychologist with over 15 years experience working within the NHS. I have experience of effectively treating a wide range of psychological, and have a particular interest in working with problems that arise from attachment-related difficulties and trauma.
I use short-term approaches in my treatment of individuals such as cognitive behavioural therapy, but I sometimes make use of a more integrative approach, making use of psychodynamic principles, and mentalization-based models of understanding to work with more complex difficulties.
