About me

I qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2000 and worked solely in the NHS until 2015, including 5 years as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist.

My experience and expertise are mainly in treating adults (16+) with common mental health problems. I have worked in a range of settings including primary care, specialist mental health services for complex problems, older adults services and in health psychology. I offer evidence-based therapy, predominantly using cognitive-behavioural interventions but I can also draw on a range of approaches when appropriate.
