About me

Hello, my name is Anita Chalaye and I am a BABCP accredited CBT therapist based in Wadebridge, Cornwall.

I established an independent practice, North Cornwall CBT, a confidential psychotherapy service offering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to adults who may be experiencing a wide range of anxiety difficulties and depression.

I am able to offer CBT by telephone and also by Secure video: Zoom and Teams.
