Anne is an accredited Psychotherapist and Supervisor with NLPtCA, UKCP and BACP, an accredited Clinical Hypnotherapist through BSCH and a member of the British Psychological Society, with over 25 years of experience working in private practice.Anne specialises using Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH), and EMDR therapy � all interventions known to have considerable success in resolving unresolved issues and creating a �positive mind set�. She is also trauma trained and uses a trauma informed approach.
