About me

Accredited Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioural Therapist with over 10 years experience in mental health; trained to work with all forms of depression and anxiety disorders. Specialising in OCD & BDD having worked at the NHS's National OCD & BDD Service at Springfield Hospital since May 2014. Lectured on Insomnia and Sleep Problems at University of Surrey in 2016. Ran an Anger Management Course for 3 years at Wandsworth IAPT and presented the positive outcomes of the programmes at the BABCP Conference 2015 and presented on the outcomes of Wandsworth IAPT's group programme at the BABCP Conference in 2014.
