About me
I am a BACP accredited and registered counsellor, with over 18 years' counselling experience. My main background is in university and workplace counselling, as well as further education and private practice.
With extensive experience of counselling in educational and workplace settings, I have worked with individuals from widely varying backgrounds.
Clients include professionals from a wide range of backgrounds and sectors, including education, public services, media, health, arts and corporate sectors, as well as students from A-level to PhD level.
Areas of interest
Anxiety, depression, work and/or study related stress, issues relating to moving abroad or returning home, coping with change, relationships, loss, bereavement, self esteem issues
