About me

I have been passionate to the practice of CBT since 2006 completing my Msc in 2007 Since this time I have worked with a people both in private practice and the NHS. I led the Msc programme in CBT at the University of Hertfordshire for 7 years and continue to teach and supervise Therapist practice.My particular interests lie in self esteem and compassionate mind training as a basis to improve patient happiness. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy also informs my practice.
