About me
I am passionate about making improvements to the people’s diet and getting evidence based information into the public domain. I use the most up to date research and set realistic goals to improve weight or symptomatic problems.
I am a qualified and HCPC registered Dietitian with a B.Sc in Human Biology and an M.Sc in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. I also gained the Australian qualifications for Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Nutritionist after qualifying in the U.K
