About me

Abdul is the Director and founder of HOMEBASE PSYCHOTHERAPY LIMITED in 2013. He is a senior CBT therapist and a supervisor within Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) service in the NHS. He is a visiting lecturer in the University of Chester where he lectures in CBT.

He has over 25 years experience in health care with experience ranging from general nursing through mental health nursing and early intervention in psychosis in the community to CBT in primary care setting.
