About me

Hello I'm Eleanor and I'm passionate about helping people in their personal and professional growth. I love the work I do!

BUPA CLIENTS:

Bupa has a fee cap that covers you for 30 minute telephone sessions on my fee schedule. Bupa does not permit clients to top up the fee cap. So, under your Bupa health insurance policy, I am able to work with you in weekly 30 minute telephone sessions only. If you wish to self fund sessions with me, this needs to be a separate arrangement from your Bupa funding and not a "fee top up".

30 minute telephone sessions are great for very focused, motivational skills based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Coaching sessions. They are a great opportunity to practice the ability to become much more focused on what you want and need, to develop a well-being and action oriented mindset and to get good at learning to be your own coach and mentor.

30 minute sessions are not suitable for EMDR or for very complex issues.

You are welcome to self fund your own EMDR sessions for healing where that would be helpful and use your bupa cover for *separate* CBT sessions to assist your development of practical tools and strategies to help you grow. This integrative approach is very complementary. Bupa cover must be used separately.
