About me
I graduated from the University of Southampton in 2004. I worked in the NHS for 2 years whilst completing my junior rotations in Portsmouth.
I then moved back to the midlands and started at the Nuffield Hospital in Leamington Spa where I began to specialise in musculoskeletal out-patients and orthopaedics. After 2 years there I decided to go travelling and work overseas. I worked in New Zealand as a senior out-patient musculoskeletal physio in their equivalent of the NHS.
I returned home and began focusing on my passion for sports physio so worked at Spire Parkway and also Physiokinetic for a few years. I also became Worcester Ladies rugby 1st XVs physio and this led to a job opportunity to work for the English Institute of Sport (EIS) as a multisport physio. I then became the England Women's senior XVs rugby physio in 2013-2016 where I was lucky enough to work with the team through a complete cycle and win the 2014 world cup with them!
I continued to work at EIS at both Birmingham and Loughborough - working with a variety of sports in the multisport clinic and then took the plunge to setting up my own clinic.
I currently work part time privately at my home based clinic in Olton, Solihull and then continue to do my EIS sports work.
