About me

I have trained as a coach, counsellor and psychotherapist (5 year Msc.) with the UKCP accredited Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy in London.
I am a master practitioner of NLP and hypnotherapy and hold an advanced diploma in Contemporary Psychotherapy. I've also trained as an Holistic Lifestyle Coach with the C.H.E.K. Institute.
I've worked as a counsellor for the Sussex Alcohol and Substance Use Service (SASS), supporting the NHS and ADDACTION.
And I've worked with West Sussex County Council Social Services and I am an Aviva and Bupa eligible provider of psychological/counselling therapy.
I have a current enhanced DBS certificate.
I've worked with the teachers and counselling services secondary schools and as a supervisor for a number of head teachers.
I've also taught level 4 Therapeutic Counselling Diploma students at Worthing College, and worked as a supervisor for a counselling charity in Sussex.
My previous career centred around I.T. Management for banks, digital media and utility firms in London. (Lloyds TSB, ntl:, Virgin Media, Cable and Wireless, uSwitch.com).
