Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or CBT for short is a short-term, goal-oriented psychotherapy treatment that takes a hands-on, practical approach to problem-solving. Its goal is to change patterns of thinking and behavior that are behind people's difficulties, and so change the way they feel.
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing or EMDR for short is a remarkable treatment method used to heal the symptoms of trauma, as well as other emotional conditions. EMDR is the most effective and rapid method for healing PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) as shown by extensive scientific research studies, and in recent years treatment of anxiety, OCD, Fybromyalgia and Migraine and bereavement have also been treated with EMDR
