About me

I am a Clinical Psychologist, chartered with the British Psychological Society and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. I work in private practice in the City. I can support you to understand why you may have developed your current emotional problems and what keeps them going. I can also help you to develop effective coping strategies so that you can feel more in control of your difficulties and lead a more fulfilling life.

Undertaking psychological therapy is a brave and very personal process and therefore a key aspect of my therapeutic work is to develop a trusting relationship so that therapy feels like a safe place for you to share and explore your concerns and feel understood without judgement.

I have a specialist interest in the treatment of personality disorder and interpersonal/relationship problems and have therefore completed relevant training in Mentalization Based Treatment and I am also a Certified Schema Therapist. I have also undertaken post-graduate training in Systemic Therapy (families and couples). I can also provide therapeutic support for psychological issues associated with infertility as I have also undertaken Foundation Level training in Infertility Counselling as approved by BICA.
