About me

Sheila is an HCPC registered psychologist and a psychotherapist accredited by the BABCP as a CBT practitioner, trainer and supervisor. She has a Masters in Counselling and training in EMDR for trauma.
Sheila has built her knowledge and skills working with a wide range of mental health problems over the last 20 years and previously worked in the field of occupational and organisational psychology with many organisations including large multi-national firms.
Sheila has worked for over 10 years training other psychotherapists as a course director and senior lecturer for an MSc in CBT. She has worked in the NHS, third sector and is now in independent practice. She also supervises other practitioners and continues to do some freelance teaching.
