About me
I'm a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with over 35 years experience helping people manage emotional difficulties.
I specialise in anxiety disorders and in assisting people to overcome issues relating to low self-esteem and a harsh internal critical voice.
I also have a wealth of experience and skill in assisting people to deal with the implications of chronic pain issues.
I am also chair of the BABCP Independent Practitioners Special Interest Group
