About me

I am an HCPC registered clinical psychologist offering brief, focused, and evidence-based psychological therapy services to clients in Central London.

I have experience working with clients across a broad age range who can present with a variety of behavioural and psychological difficulties. In addition to common mental health concerns, I also work with people who are struggling with an emotional or interpersonal situation that is getting in the way of a meaningful and rewarding life.

I have experience in delivering a number of assessment and psychological therapy methods. These include: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and Applied Behaviour Management.

My approach is one of collaboration and guidance so that you can become aware of what is maintaining your difficulties. Once this is understood I can help you to learn specific techniques to manage your difficulties and take steps towards the activities and relationships in life that are important to you.
