I work with adults and couples across a wide range of issues, including anxiety, trauma, neurodiversity (ADHD/ASD), chronic health conditions, low self-esteem, and workplace stress.

My practice draws on CBT, EMDR, Somatic CBT, and other proven modalities � blending science with a human touch. No two people are the same, and neither is my approach.
