About me

I am an Accredited Psychotherapist, Coach, and licensed HeartMath Resilience Coach with an integrative, evidence-based, and neurodiversity-aware approach to therapy. Practising since 2008, I have developed specialist experience in working with trauma, burnout, invisible chronic illness, functional disorders, bereavement, and sustained psychological strain.

My work is grounded in a biopsychosocial understanding of health and wellbeing, drawing on CBT, EMDR, somatic therapy, and broader psychological formulation to provide tailored support for each individual. I support adults from a wide range of backgrounds, including those navigating neurodivergence, complexity, and the impact of pressure, change, and demanding life or work circumstances.

My practice includes a particular interest in invisible chronic illness and Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), informed by both professional expertise and lived understanding.

Before qualifying as a psychotherapist, I worked in strategic HR and organisational development. This continues to inform my understanding of how workplace, relational, and wider systemic pressures affect wellbeing.

I offer compassionate, confidential psychotherapy remotely across the UK, with in-person work where appropriate.
