About me

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist experienced in working with clients of all ages affected by a range of psychological and physical conditions. Since completing my clinical psychology training in 2002, I have worked in a number of settings both in the NHS and privately. Most recently, I was employed at Great Ormond Street Hospital where I supported children, young people and families who were coping with chronic or life limiting conditions, as well as those who were facing loss and bereavement.

In my current practice, I frequently help people who are seeking support for difficulties with anxiety, OCD, low mood, chronic pain, work stress, personal relationships and parenting issues. I work with people across the age spectrum.

As a chartered psychologist, I am trained to use a range of psychological therapies, in combination with my clinical expertise, to deliver effective treatments that are tailored to the needs of the individual, couple or family. I use a variety of techniques and therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Systemic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Sessions are collaborative and client-centred, supporting individuals, young people and families to work towards meaningful goals and improve day to day life.
