About me

I am currently working with children and young people only. I offer cognitive –behavioural therapy (CBT) for a wide range of mental health difficulties including Anxiety and Panic, Depression, OCD, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, Low self-esteem and Trauma. I also offer work around adjusting to health difficulties and managing chronic conditions. I also utilise ideas from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and narrative approaches within my work. I have also completed training in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), an intervention for trauma.

I am trained in the assessment of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) using the Autism Diagnostic Interview (ADI) and Autism Diagnostic Observational Scale (ADOS). I have extensive experience working with families and schools supporting young people with ASD.
