About me

I have been counselling individuals for over 17 years now and I have experience working with adults and younger people. I provide support for a wide range of emotional and mental health issues within a caring, sensitive and respectful setting. As well as general practice counselling, I specialise in working with survivors of complex sexual trauma, sexual violence, sexualised trauma, rape, ritualised abuse and childhood sexual abuse. I have extensive experience of working with Dissociative Identify Disorder and Mind Control in both therapeutic and supervisory roles.

In addition to counselling I also offer clinical supervision for other counsellors, groups and professionals.
