About me

Hello. I am a Clinical Psychologist, and I specialise in Birth Trauma, Perinatal mental health and navigating menopause. I have been treating stress, trauma, anxiety and depression for over 30 years. Anxiety and depression comes in many forms, and I have a wealth of experience of helping people with perinatal problems, eating disorders, OCD, sexual problems, anxiety around birth and pregnancy, anger problems, phobias, driving fear, post traumatic stress disorder, postnatal depression and more. I draw from my training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Compassionate Mind Therapy (CFT) and hypnotherapy. I am based at the lovely Hygge-House in Thurmaston, Leicester, but I also do treatment over Skype, Google Meet and WhatsApp.
