About us
I have plus 25 years international experience in helping children and adults with anxiety, depression, long term physical conditions (e,g.cardiac, diabetes), relationship/family, bullying/grievance, staff wellbeing, difficulties faced by immigrants and business men and women, cross cultural and faith issues etc. I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, a Specialist Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (CBT), Practioner of Behavioural Couple Therapy, a practitioner of integrative therapy and counselling, a UK ex-national health service (NHS) manager, and a manager registered with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Last year 96% of my UK national health and private clients reported good recovery.

 2017/2018: 98% of my clients in the UK national health service and in private practice reported good recovery on IAPT questionnaires.
 2015/2016: 95% of my clients in the UK national health service and in private practice reported good recovery on IAPT questionnaires.
 2014: 192 issues treated. Successful recovery rates: 95 to 100% for 142 issues, 80 to 94% for 49 issues, and -50% for 1 issue. GAD-7, PHQ-9 and other questionnaires used.
