About us

I am a consultant-grade psychologist, with plus 30 years' experience (1995 to date) and a co-author of more than 10 wellbeing books. Ninety percent of my UK national health (NHS) and private patients report good recovery and a similar number of staff members and organisations report excellent satisfaction. I specialise in the application of psychological trauma informed care to patients' (children, adults, couple), staff, workplace/school, organisational and community mental health, wellbeing resilience and performance improvement. I deliver assessment, treatment, staff wellbeing reflective sessions, supervision, training, consultation and research/service evaluation. I have worked as a psychological therapist, clinical service lead, manager, school teacher and higher education lecturer. I worked in the UK national health service (NHS), private hospitals, rehabilitation centres and charities in the UK and overseas. I am a chartered psychologist, regulated clinical psychologist, addiction psychologist, trauma psychologist, and Chartered Management Institute's registered manager, accredited cognitive behavioural psychotherapist (CBT), Behavioural Couple Therapy Practitioner, Long Term Health Conditions Practitioner and UK Chartered Management Institute's subject matter expert.
