About me

I am a clinical psychologist registered with the Health Care Professional Council (HCPC) and chartered by the British Psychological Society (BPS). I have over 30 years experience working with adults in mental health settings in both private and NHS. I am experienced in working with the full range of adult mental/emotional health problems including depression /stress / anxiety/ OCD and work stress and trauma. In addition, I specialize in working with a range of physical health difficulties as well as issues linked to infertility and the perinatal period (up to 2 years after giving birth) including early parenting issues linked to this.
I am and have been a supervisor/consulted to a range of profession within the NHS including hospital staff/G.Ps/Midwifes/Healthvisitors
