About me

Hello my name is Denny Stranders I am a Mental Health Assessor (NHS) Counsellor-Therapist/Coach and Supervisor. I am an accredited and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy delivering high quality therapy to individuals with measurably good outcomes. Working Integratively allows me to draw on a range of theoretical approaches rather than the ‘one model of therapy fits all’ type approach. As a Senior Practitioner Coach I am also able to combine coaching tools and techniques within a counselling framework (if applicable/appropriate) to positively move forward within a relatively short time frame.
