About me

I have over 15 years experience working in the NHS, private and statutory services. I have worked in an NHS complex post traumatic stress service, and with in an acute psychiatric unit as well as privately.
I hold graduate and post graduate level qualifications. I have extensive experience in the field of trauma and addictions. I also hold a post graduate diploma in online psychotherapy. Providing confidence to those who have not had online therapy before. I have a masters degree in existential psychotherapy.
I lecture and provide training in areas of complex mental health and trauma to multiple different agencies. I am a clinical supervisor and provide reflective practice and supervision to individuals and organisations.
