About me

I am a Clinical Psychologist, accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, and accredited Advanced Schema Therapist. I have worked in mental health settings for over 15 years, including NHS and private services.

I have over 10 years experience working in NHS eating disorders services as a senior therapist, clinical supervisor, and lead psychologist.
I am highly experienced in working with range of difficulties including eating disorders (anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder), anxiety (e.g. generalised anxiety, social anxiety, work-related stress, etc), depression, low self-esteem, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, and childhood trauma.

Alongside my clinical work, I have a number of other professional roles. These include being a researcher and research supervisor, therapist trainer (www.chairwork.co.uk), lecturer (University College London), and writer/author.
