About me

I have extensive experience of adult mental health problems, providing specialist assessment and therapy to people with a wide range of difficulties. I also have expertise in clinical health psychology, particularly pain, stress-related illness and medically unexplained symptoms. I have a special interest in supporting clients who have experienced trauma and have obtained post-qualification training in trauma-focused cognitive therapy, Compassion-focused therapy, ACT & EMDR.
