About me
I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am additionally qualified to work with couples and children.
The therapy I offer is effective for working with anxiety and depression, whatever it may have been caused by. I also have a specific interest in working with trauma.
When you work with me, we work in collaboration because I believe you are the real expert on your own life. This means I don't tell you what to do, but rather explore with you the causes of your difficult feelings and what you can do about them.
Often we consider how you might redefine your identity and thus build up your confidence.
We work gently at your pace.
I work online (video) and face-to-face in Mossley, Tameside.
