About me

I have worked as a counsellor/psychotherapist for more than 20 years. I started in community mental health, spent seven years working with staff and students in a major London teaching hospital, two years in both FE and higher education student counselling and 12 years working with staff within an in-house employee assistance program for a major high street bank. I have worked in private practice for more than 15 years and enjoy seeing a range of individuals and couples presenting with various concerns and issues. From different backgrounds, of differing ages and ethnicity.

People struggling with relationship difficulties of various kinds; struggling with chronic illness including pain conditions; people struggling with one of or repeatedf traumatic incident experiences.
