About me
I am an experienced psychotherapist and counselling psychologist, who works with a wide range of clients and presenting difficulties. I offer a safe and accepting space for exploration and offer reflection, feedback, and information where appropriate. My aim in working with each client is to personalise the therapy to their needs and support their choices. I have worked with clients with a wide range of mental health issues, from depression and anxiety to trauma, abuse and eating disorders.
