About us

I trained at the British School of Osteopathy following a keen interest in sports and injury rehabilitation. I have experience working with Ebbsfleet United Football Club and I play most racquet sports ranging from social to competitive levels.

Apart from sports injury and rehabilitation, I am also a registered osteopath with Arthritis Action, one of the leading organisations in arthritic care. I also have a particular interest in treating expectant mothers. I find the way the human body changes and adapts during pregnancy fascinating and I have considerable experience in helping pregnant patients with their musculoskeletal complaints.

My treatment is very hands-on. I incorporate spinal manipulation in most cases. Where appropriate, I will use western acupuncture and sports taping as part of the treatment. I also provide BUPA patients with home exercises to prevent future injuries.
