About me

Psychotherapy for Individuals, Couples, and Groups In Person (Central London W1) or Online

I offer flexible, confidential psychotherapy from a calm, professional consulting room just 10 minutes' walk from Oxford Circus or Bond Street tube stations. Sessions are also available online for clients based elsewhere in the UK or internationally.

My approach is relational, experiential, creative and attuned to the whole person. I aim to work in a timely and focused way, helping clients gain insight, make meaningful shifts, and see tangible results.
I understand the pressures of modern life and offer appointment flexibility to accommodate often unpredictable demands of busy personal and professional schedules.

I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, life changes, creative blocks, and identity questions.

I also facilitate process groups that support personal growth and deepen relational awareness in a shared therapeutic setting.

With a background that spans clinical practice, teaching, and organisational leadership, I bring depth and clarity to the therapeutic relationship.

My aim is to provide a safe, unjudging and responsive space that meets clients where they are - practically and emotionally - and supports real, lasting change.

I usually offer a brief introductory call to explore what brings you to therapy and whether this feels like the right time and fit for you please do not hesitate to reach out.
