About me
I am a Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist. I trained with the Karuna Institute (KI) in Mindfulness-based Psychotherapy and Core Process Psychotherapy. I offer short term focused sessions and longer-term depth work. I work with individuals and relationships. I first accredited in 2003 through the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy (UKCP). I am a member of the Association of Core Process Psychotherapist (ACPP). I am an approved Supervisor with the UKCP, HIPC and KI. I am an approved Training Supervisor by KI and ACPP.
