About me

I am a highly experienced Psychodynamic Counsellor and Psychotherapist, offering weekly therapy in a safe, respectful and confidential space. Whether you are seeking support during a time of crisis, or looking to understand yourself more deeply, therapy can offer a meaningful place for reflections, clarity and emotional growth.

My approach is rooted in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, exploring how early experiences, relationships and beliefs shape how we relate to ourselves and others. I also draw on Systemic thinking, CBT and Mentalisation- based approaches, allowing me to respond to your individual needs.

I have worked across the NHS, Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and Social Services, supporting individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, cultures and identities. I also welcome those who may not have had access to therapy before or who are unsure where to begin.

Alongside my clinical practice I have worked in Voluntary and Charitable organisations, including Women's Aid, Victim Support, and community projects supporting vulnerable children in India. I have also supported political refugees returning to South Africa post-apartheid. These experiences have deepened my commitment to trauma-informed and culturally sensitive practice.
