About me

I am a relational Psychotherapist and I keep the relationship at the heart of the work. I work with individuals and couples with a broad range of presenting issues and from all different cultures and I enjoy the challenges that this brings.

It is my belief that early unhealthy and unresolved relationship patterns can be repeated in adult life and that therapy can make us aware of these patterns and enable us to break free of them.

I offer face to face, internet and telephone counselling to individuals and couples.

I am dedicated to professional development and have a Certificate in Clinical Supervision.

I am a member of IARTA and UKCP.
