I have a wealth of professional experience of both difficult and more complex issues and this contributes to making me an effective therapist for a wide range of concerns. I am dedicated to helping clients find a way past what holds them back in life. I work collaboratively to help clients find their potential through a process of growth and change.

I have been a private practitioner for over 10 years and have experience working with anxiety, anger management, bereavement and loss, depression, illness, life limiting conditions, disability, low self esteem, stress, work related issues, etc., and my experience covers many other presenting issues. My aim is to help you to help yourself by offering a non judgmental therapeutic relationship, where you can explore and work on your difficulties.
