About me

I am an accredited, experienced integrative psychotherapist based in Stourbridge, offering counselling and psychotherapy online and in person.

I am trained in CBT, Humanistic and Psychodynamic approaches and have extensive experience of both short-term and long-term therapeutic work. I have worked in private practice and the health sector for over 20 years, including experience within NHS physical health psychology.

Areas of interest include anxiety, stress, depression and low mood, family and relationship issues, work-related issues, grief and bereavement, cancer, chronic illness, pain management and emotional support for people affected by long-term physical health conditions.

I have specialist interests and experience in supporting people affected by gastrointestinal disorders and oncology.
