About me

I have been working as an osteopath for 20 years. I work in a quiet practice in Tufnell Park, North London. I became interested in Osteopathy after taking my then baby son for cranial treatment and was pleased with the results.
I enjoy hiking and doing yoga and pilates and find them useful when prescribing exercises.

Areas of interest

I use a mixture of structural, cranial and visceral techniques. I treat patients of all ages. I also advise about exercise and posture. I attend many courses each year. They have included those on ergonomics, ante and post natal pregnancy and unsettled babies.
