About me

Hannah Cheshire is a Qualified and Registered Social Worker with the skills and competency in providing Recovery Orientated coaching.

She has a BSC (Hons) in Social Work and MSc in Management and Leadership in Health and Social Care. Hannah is registered with HCPC and BASW.

Hannah is a Specialist Social Work Practitioner, working with individuals and families, with over 20 years’ experience in the NHS and Voluntary Sector. She has extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of social inclusion, specialising in addiction recovery. Fourteen years ago she progressed in her career to managing health and social care services to help change the perception of Social Work within the context of senior management. She led teams to provide an up-to-date and efficient workforce, delivering key agendas in challenging times in the health and social care sectors.

She has worked in public and voluntary sector organisations in senior strategic management roles and has provided operational and strategic management and training for teams that deliver key targets. Over the last seven years Hannah has worked as the co-founder of Inspire Ignite developing a professional and committed workforce supporting schools and their students. Hannah is driven by her commitment to ensure that Services meet the standards required and are completed with a person centred approach. Following the The Social Work Code of Practice is integral in Hannah’s work with clients.

Seven years ago Hannah and her business partner founded Altass-Cheshire a specialist mental capacity assessment service. Working closely with legal professionals and social care.
