About me

A BACP accredited counsellor working with individuals (over 16yrs) on a short term or long term basis. As well as nearly 20 years of practising as a qualified counsellor, I bring a lifetime of experience to my work with clients.

As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a range of concepts and counselling theories which can be tailored to suit specific needs.

I regularly attend CPD workshops on a variety of topics to keep up to date with current thinking.

Bereavement and loss; anxiety and stress related issues; depression; work related issues; relationship or family issues; affairs and betrayals; emotional abuse, redundancy and retirement; anger management; low self-esteem; panic attacks; separation or divorce; supporting clients who are tapering off prescription drugs or exploring the possibility of doing so.
